Abstract
Government regulation number 36 of 2005 concerning implementing regulations of Law number 28 of 2002 concerning buildings, IMB is defined as a permit granted by the Regency/City government to building owners to build new, change, expand, reduce and maintain buildings in accordance with the requirements applicable administrative and technical requirements. Meanwhile, PBG is based on government regulation no. 16 of 2021 is defined as a permit given to building owners to build new, change, expand, reduce and maintain buildings in accordance with building technical standards. This research aims to implement the construction of a 3-storey shophouse in accordance with PP No. 16 of 2021 in order to obtain planning and development approval in accordance with applicable regulations and to design development plans in accordance with applicable standards. Stages in development planning to obtain building approval (PBG) include: Registration, Planning and Consultation. The results of planning and consultation with related agencies through the Professional Expert Team (TPA) for the construction of a 3-story shophouse on Jalan Abusamah have received a Building Approval (PBG) permit with a land area of 1,509m² which will be built with a building area of 514.22m². With the registration number PBG-167107-24052022-01 and the levy value paid is IDR. 180,551,900.00.
