Abstract

The complexity of problems during the implementation of work leads to a lot of completed work not according to the planned one. Neither on time, quality and cost which sometimes occurs overbugdet. To overcome this, it is necessary to have good cost, quality and time management. Construction work can be managed properly and easily, one of which is by using the Value Of Results Method. The purpose of this study is to estimate the time and cost at the end of the project in terms of cost how it will affect if it occurs. The research method is how to analyze the value of the results on project performance in terms of time and cost and the estimated time of completion of the project using the Earned Value Analysis method. From the application of the results value examined within a period of 45 weeks, it shows that the completion of the project if reviewed in week 54 in terms of work time will experience an acceleration of work, namely for 74.4 weeks where the planned is for 76 weeks. Meanwhile, in terms of work costs, it was not as planned, which was Rp. 80,696,388,000. The final total project cost was Rp. 82,048,831,530. The difference between the total cost of work and plan cost is -Rp.1,352,443,530 which means that the project suffers a loss.
