Abstract

As BRT Damri's mass transportation users are increasing, the users of these transport services feel the discomfort in terms of vehicles and the number of passengers that sometimes exceeds the capacity of the transport service itself. The goals of this research is to know the performance of mass transportation service Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) which already exist today whether the service has been given is good or good enough to serve the users of this mode of transportation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the frequency of vehicles per day is 4 buses / day for Palembang departure, and 4 buses / day for Sekayu departure. Loading factor for Palembang departure is 51.83 % and for Sekayu departure is 56.84%. Keywords: “Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Damri, Analysis, Performance, Palembang - Sekayu”.
