Abstract

Project management is very important in field working. Project management is used to minimilize unsuccessful risk to the project. Therefore, the implementation of the project must be same as the plan before. By analyzing the effectiveness of application of project management concept, it is hoped that it can know the comparison between plan and realization to the Erection Steel Structure Building Area Product Storage Building Construction Project Factory NPK Fusion II Capacity 2 × 100.000 MTPY PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The method used in the research was taking curve data S,RAB, backing up the data, weekly report, and monthly report. Based on the analysis that the comparison or deviation between the plan and realization of the Erection Steel Structure Building Area Product Storage planned to begin 18 December 2018 to 24 February 2019 (69 day) which actually has a weight of 100%, but the results of the analysis show on the date 24 February 2019 only achieved weight 12,8415% or -87,1585% of the planned weights.
