Abstract

Code of Conduct which means the Code of Conduct for all employees in a hospital plays an important role, however, however good a regulation is without enforcement efforts it will be inefficient and effective in its application. Ethical and behavioral enforcement by the Medical Committee, Nursing Committee, and Ethics and Law Committee is very important so that these guidelines can be truly effective so that they affect the level of service complaints submitted by the community to the hospitalas a health care provideThe problems examined by the authors are: 1.
