Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is, is there influence of healty safety work and work environment toward work satisfaction and work productivity in South PT Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatera. The purpose of this research are to know the influence of healty safety work and work environment toward work satisfaction and work productivity in South PT Tania Ogan Komering Ilir South Sumatera. 100 sample were selected by random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and SEM were applies as an analysis technique. The data used is primary data. Data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. Based on statistical analysis, occupational safety health has a significant effect on job satisfaction with value (2,63) > (1,96). Work environment has no effect on job satisfaction with value (0,74) < (1,96). occupational safety health has a significant effect work productivity with value (2,10) > (1,96). Work environment has a significant effect on work productivity with value (2,63) > (1,96). On job satisfaction has a significant effect work productivity with value (2,36) > (1,96). The implication is healty safety work and work environment need to be increased in order to improve employees work satisfaction. The increase of work satisfaction will be able to improve employees work productivity. Keyword: healty safety work, work environment, work satisfaction,work productivity.
