Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership on work discipline, supervision of work discipline, work discipline on the performance of PT Elnusa Tbk Project Operation & Maintenace Talang Akar Pendopo (TAP) employees. Direct influence of leadership on performance, supervision of employee performance at PT Elnusa Tbk Project O&M TAP. Indirect influence of leadership on performance, supervision of employee performance at PT Elnusa Tbk Project Operation & Maintenace Talang Akar Pendopo (TAP) The data used in this research is primary data from the answers of 116 respondents from employees of PT Elnusa Tbk Project Operation & Maintenace Talang Akar Pendopo (TAP). The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in the form of Construct Validity and Reliability Test, Model Suitability Test (Goodness of Fit) assisted by Partial Least Square (smartPLS) software analysis tools with a significance level of α = 0.05. The research results show that there is a positive and insignificant influence of leadership on work discipline, supervision of work discipline. There is a positive and significant direct influence of leadership on performance, supervision on performance. Indirectly there is a positive and insignificant influence of leadership on performance, but indirectly work discipline cannot mediate the influence of supervision on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on the performance of PT Elnusa Tbk Project Operation & Maintenance Talang Akar Pendopo (TAP) .
