Abstract

Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin Dwi Oktarina Manajemen, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang Oktarinadwi46@gmail.com Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin. Jenis penelitian ini asosiatif. Populasi penelitian di PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin berjumlah 103 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis uji F dan t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara simultan Motivasi, Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin, 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin, 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Disiplin, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This research aims to influence the influence of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin. This type of research is associative. Research population at PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin has 103 employees. The data collection technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the F and t test hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that 1) Simultaneously Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on PT Employee Performance. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance at PT. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on PT employee performance. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin, 4) There is a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on PT Employee Performance. Ulima Nitra Sungai Lilin.
