Abstract

Haryani / 222020025 / 2024 / The Effect of Raw Material Control, transformation control, and Quality Control on Product Quality. This research aims to determine the effect of raw material control, transformation control, and quality control on product quality. The type of research carried out is associative research. The data used is primary. Data collection techniques are through interviews and questionnaires. The research samples were Production and Operational Managers, Production and Operational Supervisors, Internal Auditors, Production and Operational Administration, and Production and Operational Employees at Manufacturing Companies in Palembang City totaling 51 respondents. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative. The result of this research show that simultaneously transformation control, and quality control have an effect on product quality. In the partial hypothesis test result, raw material control, transformation control, and quality control have a significant effect on product quality, except ha raw material control does not have a significant effect on product quality.
