Abstract
ABSTRAKShinta Afrillia /2020261/2024/ Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Pengembangan Karir, dan Prestasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III PlajuPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Pengembangan Karir, dan Prestasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Pengembangan Karir, dan Prestasi Kerja ABSTRACTShinta Afrillia /2020261/2024/ The Influence of Standard Operating Procedures, Career Development and Work Performance on Employee Performance at PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III PlajuThis research aims to determine the influence of standard operating procedures, career development and work performance on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju. In this study, 67 samples were used, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The type of research used is associative. The data required is primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that Y= 2.756+0.340 X1 + 0.359 X2 + 0.271 X3. The results of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously Standard Operating Procedures, Career Development and Work Performance have a positive effect on Employee Performance. The results of the F test analysis show that from the value of Fcount (143.440) > Ftable (2.751), this is reinforced by the F sig level of 0.000 < 0.000, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence on Standard Operating Procedures, Career Development and Work Performance overall. together (simultaneously) have an effect on performance. Results of the t test analysis. The t value is 3.886 > ttable 1.669. The significance value of Standard Operating Procedures is 0.000 < 0.1. Partially, Standard Operating Procedures have a direct effect on employee performance. The calculated t value is 4.112> t table 1.669, the significance value of Career Development is 0.000 < 0.1, the calculated t value is 3.162 > t table 1.669, the significance value of Work Performance is 0.002 < 0.1, partially Career Development and Work Performance directly influence the Employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination of the Adjusted Rsquare value = 0.866 x 100%, which means that 86.6% of Standard Operating Procedures, Career Development and Work Performance contribute to changes in PT Employee Performance. Pertamina Refinery Unit III Plaju, while the remaining 13.4% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Influence of Standard Operating Procedures, Career Development, and Job Performance
