Abstract

ABSTRAKShella Soleha/212020154/Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit PagaralamPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Pagaralam secara simultan dan parsial. Jenis penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiasif, variabel yang digunakan adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja dan Disiplin kerja. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden yang diambil dengan metode simple random sampling. Data utama yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesinoer. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda, uji hipotesis F dan t serta kooefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian dari regresi linear berganda menunjukan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN7 Unit Pagaralam. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, dan Disiplin kerja. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, ada pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, ada pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Pagaralam. Hasil koefesien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja mampu berkontribusi terhadap naik turunnya kinerja karyawan sebesar 57,8%.Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagaralam UnitThis research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagaralam Unit simultaneously and partially. This type of research uses associative research, the variables used are Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline. The sample used was 70 respondents taken using the simple random sampling method. The main data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression, F and thypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The research results from multiple linear regression show that Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PTPN7 Unit Pagaralam employees. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline. Partially, it shows that there is a significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Pagaralam Unit. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the variables Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline are able to contribute to the ups and downs in employee performance by 57.8%.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
