Abstract
PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMPETENSI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWANPT. SUKSES SAWIT GASINGYolanda Hijra1, Amidi2 , Lesi Agusria3ABSTRAK Yolanda Hijra/212020215/2024/ Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sukses Sawit Gasing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sukses Sawit Gasing. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 65 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Cluster Sampling (area sampling). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan ada pengaruh positif variabel motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sukses Sawit Gasing. Hasil uji hipotesis F menunjukan secara bersama-sama ada pengaruh signifikan variabel motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sukses Sawit Gasing. Hasil uji hipotesis t menunjukan ada pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sukses Sawit Gasing. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa kontribusi motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sukses Sawit Gasing sebesar 61,1% sedangkan sisanya 38,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja. Success of Palm GasingThis research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, competency and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Success of Palm Gasing. The type of research used is associative. The sample used in the research was 65 respondents using the Cluster Sampling (area sampling) sampling technique. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods use questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a positive influence of work motivation, competency and work discipline variables on the performance of PT employees. Success of Palm Gasing. The results of the hypothesis F test show that together there is a significant influence of the work motivation, competency and work discipline variables on the performance of PT employees. Success of Palm Gasing. The results of the t hypothesis test show that there is an influence of work motivation, competence and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Success of Palm Gasing. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of work motivation, competence and work discipline to the performance of PT employees. Palm Gasing's success was 61.1% while the remaining 38.9% was explained by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Work Motivation, Competence and Work Discipline.
