Abstract
ABSTRAK Widia Wulandari/212019039/2024/Kholillah, S.E., M.Si/0201106001/2024/ Anggreany Hustia, S.E., M.M/0110128301/2024 Pengaruh Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Tata Bara Utama/ Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tata Bara Utama, adakah pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tata Bara Utama, adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tata Bara Utama. adakah pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tata Bara Utama, jenis Penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 134 karyawan, Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalan 10% maka di dapat sampel sebanyak 58 karyawan dengan teknik clister sampling. Data yang diperlukan adalah primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik analisis data, analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif . Uji instrumen, uji validitas, uji raelibilitas, tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda,uji F, uji t dan korfisien diterminasi dengan tingkat signifikan 10%. Hasil analisis linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa. Ada pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Tata Bara Utama, Uji F menunjukkan bahwa. Ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Tata Bara Utama , uji t menunjukkan bahwa. Ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Tata Bara Utama, hasil koefisien diterminasi dari pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan perubahan yang terjadi pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan besar sumbangan yang di hasilkan 62,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 37,1% di jelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitianini. Kata kunci: motivasi, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan. Main Procedures/Human Resources Management. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of motivation, leadership and work environment on the performance of PT employees. Tata Bara Utama, is there an influence of motivation on the performance of PT employees. Tata Bara Utama, is there an influence of leadership on the performance of PT employees. Main Bar Procedures. is there an influence on the performance of PT employees. Tata Bara Utama, the type of research used is associative research. The population in this study was 134 employees. The sample in this study was determined based on the Slovin formula with a resentment level of 10%, so a sample of 58 employees was obtained using the cluster sampling technique. The data required is primary and secondary. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Instrument test, validity test, reliability test, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient is terminated with a significance level of 10%. The results of multiple linear analysis show that. There is an influence of motivation, leadership and work environment on the performance of PT Tata Bara Utama employees, the F test shows that. There is a significant influence of motivation, leadership and work environment on the performance of PT Tata Bara Utama employees, the t test shows that. There is a significant influence of motivation, leadership and work environment on the performance of PT Tata Bara Utama employees, the results of the termination coefficient of the influence of motivation, leadership and work environment are able to explain the changes that occur in employee job satisfaction with the contribution generated being 62.9% while the remainder 37.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research.
