Abstract

ABSTRAK Aimmatul Aizza / 212017045 / Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sri Aneka Karyatama Kota Palembang / Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sri Aneka Karyatama Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah populasi 300 dan sampel 75 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simpel Random Sampling. data yang digunakan data primer , dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner , Teknik analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis F dan t, serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian Menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi dan kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Ada Pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan ada Pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa kontribusi kompensasi, kepuasan Kerja dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,1%. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT Aimmatul Aizza / 212017045 / The Influence of Compensation and Job Satisfaction on PT Employee Performance. Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang City / Human Resources Management The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Sri Aneka Karyatama, Palembang City. Associative research type. The total population is 300 and the sample is 75 people. Sampling used a simple Random Sampling technique. The data used is primary data, using the questionnaire data collection method, the analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, F and t Hypothesis Testing, and the Determination Coefficient. The research results show that there is a significant influence between compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance, and there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance.
