Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Productivity of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. The type of research used is associative research. The research population at PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat amounted to 102 employees. The data collection technique in the study was by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test hypothesis test and t test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Simultaneously Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Workload have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity of PT PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Productivity of PT PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of Work Motivation on Employee Productivity of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. The coefficient of determination shows that the variables of Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Workload are able to contribute to the ups and downs of Employee Productivity by 91.6%. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Workload and Employee Productivity Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian di PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat berjumlah 102 orang karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara simultan Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat, 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat, 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Beban Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk. Kencana Sari Palm Oil Mill Lahat. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja mampu berkontribusi terhadap naik turunnya Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan sebesar 91,6 %. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan
