Abstract

RINGKASAN PERANCANGAN DAN PERENCANAAN APARTEMEN SEKANAK INTERNASIONAL Muhammad Bayu Dedi Alpayet, dibimbing oleh Iskandar S.T.,MT. Program Studi Arsitektur Fakultas Teknik UM Palembang 118 Halaman, 14 tabel, 116 gambar, 50 lampiran RINGKASAN : Seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan primer pun ikut meningkat contohnya seperti kebutuhan papan atau kebutuhan berupa tempat tinggal. Pada sisi ekonomi, harga lahan semakin meningkat yang mengakibatkan ketersediaan lahan yang akan digunakan untuk hunian terus berkurang. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kurangnya lahan yang akan digunakan untuk hunian, bisa dengan cara membuat hunian bertingkat. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk membuat kebutuhan lahan untuk kebutuhan hunian pun ikut meningkat. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya lahan yang akan digunakan untuk hunian yaitu dengan membuat hunia vertikal. Hunian bertingkat yang ada di Kota Palembang untuk saat ini masih tergolong sedikit terkhusus hunian bertingkat berupa apartemen. Masih banyak penduduk di Kota Palembang yang lebih memilih tinggal dirumah tapak karena belum mengetahui keuntungan tinggal di apartemen. Perancangan apartement mampu menjawab permasalahan lahan yang ada. Hunian vertikal dengan jenis apartement mampu memberikan fasilitas hunian yang setara dengan hunian berupa rumah tapak. Fasilitas yang diberikan diarea sekitar apartemen juga mampu mempermudah penghuni yang tinggal di apartemen tersebut. Apartemen juga mampu menunjang kebutuhan para penghuni, baik penghuni berupa keluarga kecil, pekerja, ataupun mahasiswa. Apartemen mampu memberikan kepraktisan sehingga penghuni juga dapat merasakan nyaman dan aman. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern, fasilitas yang tersedia pada sebuah bangunan pun harus ikut mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang ada. Perancangan apartemen yang menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur modern merupakan jenis pendekatan arsitektur yang dinilai cocok dengan tujuan dari perancangan ini. On the economic side, land prices are increasing, resulting in the availability of land to be used for housing continuing to decrease. One way to overcome the lack of land that will be used for housing is by creating multi-storey housing. The increase in population means that the need for land for residential needs also increases. One solution to overcome the lack of land that will be used for housing is to create vertical housing. Currently, there are still quite a few multi-storey residences in the city of Palembang, especially multi-storey residences in the form of apartments. There are still many residents in Palembang City who prefer to live in landed houses because they don't know the advantages of living in an apartment. Apartment design is able to answer existing land problems. Vertical apartment type residences are able to provide residential facilities that are equivalent to residences in the form of landed houses. The facilities provided in the area around the apartment are also able to make things easier for residents who live in the apartment. Apartments are also able to support the needs of the residents, whether the residents are small families, workers or students. Apartments are able to provide practicality so that residents can also feel comfortable and safe. Along with the development of increasingly modern times, the facilities available in a building must also keep up with current developments. Apartment design that uses a modern architectural approach is a type of architectural approach that is considered suitable for the purpose of this design.
