Abstract

In this research, the author identified the problems that exist at KONI South Sumatra, including the difficulty in obtaining athlete data, where when you want to hold a tournament it is very difficult to get accurate data and the lack of information media to inform about sports at KONI South Sumatra. By formulating the existing problem, namely How to build a Web-based Sports Athlete Data Management Information System at KONI South Sumatra which is useful for KONI South Sumatra and information media for the community, as for the basis and research objectives to be achieved so that the author can create a Data Management Information System Website Sports Athletes at KONI South Sumatra that can be utilized by KONI South Sumatra and Information Media that can be accessed by the wider community. In this research the research method applied by the author is the development of the waterfall method and the system was developed using the Laravel framework. The implementation results obtained from this system are a display of the program when the application is running for the user: login, Admin, data registration and technician. By displaying the results of the website that has been built and will be explained carefully. With the athlete data management data collection website created by the author, data regarding athletes according to region can be stored properly and safely because the data has been stored in the database.
