Abstract
ABSTRAK Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1] adakah pengaruh Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2] adakah pengaruh Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan . 3] adakah pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Terdapat 3 variabel yang digunakan yaitu Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan kinerja. Populasi Dalam penelitian ini adalah 216 orang karyawan, dengan sampel yang diambil sebesar 68 responden yang diambil secara startified random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian, menunjukkan : 1] Hasil uji F membuktikan ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2] Hasil uji t membuktikan ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi dan Kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRAK Sweet Love Unit. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1] is there an effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance, 2] is there an effect of motivation on employee performance. 3] is there any influence of leadership on employee performance. This type of research is associative. There are 3 variables used, namely motivation, leadership and performance. The population in this study were 216 employees, with a sample of 68 respondents taken by stratified random sampling. The data used is primary data. Methods of data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show: 1] The results of the F test prove that there is a significant effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance, 2] The results of the t test prove that there is a significant effect of motivation and leadership partially on employee performance.
