Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Organizational Commitment, Occupational Safety Health (K3), and Work Environment on the Performance of Go-ride Drivers of PT. Gojek Palembang. This type of research is Associative. The study population amounted to 2000 employees with a sample of 95 respondents taken using cluster sampling techniques. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis tools, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study Y = 0.595 + 0.359 X1 + 0.192 X2 + 0.185 X3. The results of the F test show a value of Fcalculate (60.599) > F_table 2.14, meaning that there is an influence of organizational commitment variables, occupational safety health (k3), and work environment on the performance go-ride drivers of PT. Gojek Palembang. The results of the t test show the value of tcount (4.225) > t_table (1.661) for organizational commitment, tcalculate (2.847) > t_table (1.661) for occupational safety health (k3), tcalculate (2.649) > t_table (1.661), for the work environment, meaning that there is an influence of organizational commitment, occupational safety health (k3), and work environment on the performance of go-ride drivers PT.Gojek Palembang, is there any influence of the organization's commitment to the performance of go-ride drivers PT. Gojek Palembang. The results of the detirmination coefficient show that the variables of organizational commitment, occupational safety health (K3) and work environment are able to contribute to the performance of Go-Ride Drivers PT.
