Abstract

Muara Enim as a developing city that mostly brings in products from other cities requires transportation facilities in the form of proper facilities and infrastructure as well as easy access that can be used as one of the parameters for potential industrial development in an area. The city of Muara Enim is one of the cities that has problems with the smooth flow of traffic. The purpose of this research is to analyze the service level of unsignalized intersections at the intersection of three roads Jendral Sudirman Street and Sersan Effendi Street Of City Muara Enim. The research was conducted in 3 research segments namely : on Jendral Sudirman Street, Jendral Sudirman Street and Sersan Effendi Street. The analysis results show that the width of the lane is inadequate because many drivers stop on the side of the road, many drivers violate the rules at at the crossroads of three roads oF Sudirman Street heading to Sersan Effendi Street which causes vehicle delays at the intersection of Jendral Sudirman Street and Sersan Effendi Street.
