Abstract

ABSTRACK The complexity of the problem during the implementation of the work causes a lot of work to be completed not as planned. As happened in the Construction Project of the Lecture Building of the Faculty of Medicine, Sriwijaya University Palembang Campus. To overcome this, the result value method is used to determine the time performance, effectiveness and efficiency of using the result value method in the implementation of the construction project of the Faculty of Medicine, Sriwijaya University Palembang Campus. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, research that describes the condition of certain work with the analysis of existing data. The results of this study that the performance of the project implementation time in week 7 to week 9 is slower than the plan schedule, this is shown from the Schedule Variant (SV) indicator has a negative value of Rp.-230.972.813. While the performance of the project implementation time in the 10th week to the 18th week is faster than the plan schedule, this is indicated by a positive Schedule Variant (SV) of Rp. 231,318,076 with a Schedule Performance index (SPI) = 1.020 > 1. While the value of effectiveness and efficiency in this project is 0.27 for project time control using the Earned Value Analysis method. In other words, the effectiveness value is smaller than 1 (one), so the project control of the Faculty of Medicine Lecture Building, Sriwijaya University Palembang Campus is less effective using the earned value analysis method.
