Abstract

ABSTRACT Parking is a problem found in big or small cities. Like in the Dempo Permai Market in Pagar Alam. Vehicle parking at the Dempo Permai Market has problems for car parking due to lack of land while for motorbikes there is a lot of parking space but some land is not used because the parking space has not been specifically divided. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to rearrange the parking pattern, parking location, parking accumulation, parking volume, and dynamic capacity. By processing data obtained from related agencies and observation/research results. The results of the research that has been carried out for 7 days from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB and has also been carried out data processing, it can be concluded that the available parking capacity at Dempo Permai Market for two-wheeled vehicles is 390 SRP while the parking demand is 388 SRP while for four-wheeled vehicles there are 61 SRP while the parking demand is 100 SRP.
