Abstract
ABSTRAK Muhammad Nurohman Habibi / 212019018 / 2023 / Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT.PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT.PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Jenis penelitian Asosiatif. Jumlah populasi 99 dan sampel 50 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. data yang digunakan data primer dan Sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi, kuesioner dan wawancara, Teknik analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis F dan t, serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian Regresi Y = 4,445 + 4,220 X1 + 5,224 –2,918 X3 Menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara Motivasi, Disiplin dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukan ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi, disiplin dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil uji t menunjukan ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi, disiplin dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R Square) ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi seluruh variabel motivasi, disiplin dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 85,8%; sisanya 14,2% dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang./ Human Resources Management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and work stress on employee satisfaction at PT.PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk Palembang. Associative research type. The total population is 99 and the sample is 50 people. Sampling using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. the data used are primary and secondary data, using documentation data collection methods, questionnaires and interviews, the analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test F and t, and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the regression Y = 4.445 + 4.220 X1 + 5.224 – 2.918 X3 indicate that there is a significant influence between motivation, discipline and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence of motivation, discipline and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The results of the t test show that there is a significant influence of motivation, discipline and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) indicate that the contribution of all variables of motivation, discipline and work stress to employee job satisfaction is 85.8%; the remaining 14.2% can be influenced by other variables.
