Abstract

Sebagai tindak lanjut Pengembangan Pendidikan Kepariwisataan di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung perlu didukung dengan “Perancangan Politeknik Pariwisata Bangka Belitung” yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan insan SDM Pariwisata berbasis Vokasi. Politeknik Pariwisata Bangka Belitung menerapan tema Neo-Venakular pada bangunan yang mampu mengkombinasikan bangunan tradisional dan modern yang berkonteks urban dan menerapkan kembali teknik ornamentasi. Konsep inilah yang akan diterapkan pada Perancangan Politeknik Pariwisata Bangka Belitung (POLTEKPAR BABEL) agar tidak hanya memenuhi fungsi dibidang pendidikan, namun juga bermanfaat bagi lingkungan.
