Abstract

Rancang bangun alat pelebur limbah plastik yang terbuat dari tabung stainless dengan Diameter 18cm, Tinggi 40cm, dan Tebal 1,8mm dilengkapi dengan kran penyaluran. Rancang bangun alat pelebur limbah plastik menggunakan komponen pemanas tabung heater band berbentuk silinder dengan daya Pin = 700 watt dan sumber energi listrik Vin = 220Vac yang berasal dari keluaran energi listrik inverter melalui alat kontrol tegangan variasi dimmer mulai dari Vout = 0 –220Vac. Data hasil pengujian dapat dihitung daya yang diperlukan heater band dengan suhu temperature minimum 100oC, Vin = 218Vac, Iin = 1,8 ampere, Pin = 392,4 watt. Sedangkan suhu temperature maksimum 180oC, Vin = 216Vac, Iin = 2,2 ampere, Pin = 475,2 watt
