Abstract
EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND COMPETENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. ZEELORA INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING VARIABLE ALWIS Alwis. 2022. Effect of Compensation and Competence on Employee Performance PT. Zeelora Global International With Job Satisfaction As A Variable Intervention. Supervisor: (I) Dr. Trisniarty AM, SE., MM, (II) Dr. Zaleha Trihandayani, SE., M. Si ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the Effect of Compensation and Competence on Employee Performance is assessed from the Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT. Zeelora Global International. This type of research is associative using the sampling technique of Issac and Michael which obtained 136 employee respondents. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of the study, it is known that only the compensation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance partially while simultaneously compensation, competence and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Si ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dinilai dari Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Zeelora Global Internasional. Jenis penelitian ini asosiatif yang menggunakan teknik sampel Issac dan Michael yang diperoleh 136 responden karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hanya variabel Kompensasi yang tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial sedangkan secara simultan Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.
