Abstract

ABSTRACT This six-story hotel building is a building that is used to meet human needs, such as temporary residences, meeting places, entertainment and others. The planned hotel building has 4-star specifications, building area of 1053 m3, land area of 2000 m3, which is located at Jalan Governor Bastari, Jakabaring, Palembang City, South Sumatra. The planning carried out is to plan the structure of the beams and columns of a six-story hotel building. Along with the development of science and technology, especially in the field of civil engineering, many computer programs have been developed to assist in analyzing and designing a building structure. There are several computer programs developed to analyze and design structures, including SAP2000 (Structural Analysis Program), with this program, it will be easier for writers to plan a building. This hotel building is the object of research planned by the author using the SAP2000 Student Version program. In this planning the author uses references such as regulations, PPPURG 1987, SNI 03 – 2847 – 2002, SNI – 1726 – 2002. The results of the structural planning of this six-story hotel building are the K1 column used with a size of 45 cm x 45 cm, 12 D20 main reinforcement and 10-90 stirrup reinforcement, K2 column used with a size of 35 cm x 35 cm, 12 D16 main reinforcement and 10 stirrup reinforcement. -90, the B1 beam used is 20 cm x 40 cm, 7 D14 support reinforcement, 7 D14 field reinforcement, 4 D12 waist reinforcement, and 10-80 support stirrup reinforcement and 10-170, B2 beam size 15 cm x 20 cm, 5 D14 pedestal reinforcement, 5 D14 field reinforcement, 2 D12 waist reinforcement, as well as 10-30 support hoops and 10-70 field hoops.
