Abstract

ABSTRAK Irsan Saputra/212017391/ Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Penelitian ini mengambil judul Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Adapun manfaat dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menegtahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian assosiatif. Dengan populasinya adalah 82 karyawan PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 karyawan PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang yang telah dihitung menggunakan jenis sampel slovin. Analis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analis data kualitatif di kuantitatifkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. Adapun (Secara parsial) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. The study takes the title Of Influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. This research aims to find out the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. The benefits and objectives in this study are to find out the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang, to know the impact of work motivation on performance karyawan PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang, to find out the impact of organizational culture on employee performance PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. This type of research is associative research. Dengan population is 82 employees of PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang While the sample used in this study as many as 46 employees PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang has been calculated using a type of slovin sample. The data analysts used in this study are qualitative data analysts quantitatively. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture towards PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang. As for (partially) there is a significant influence of work motivation variables and organizational culture on employee performance variables. There is a significant influence of motivational variables on employee performance. There is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance. PT. Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang.
