Abstract

ABSTRACT Selvi Andini/212017349/2021/The Effects of Education and Training and Work Motivation on Employees Performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper/Human Resource Management. The formulation of the problem in this study was whether there was any effects of education and training and work motivation on employee performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. The aim was to find out whether there was an effect of education and training as well as work motivation on employees performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. This research included associative research. The variables of this study were: education and training, motivation, work and employee performance. The samples of this study were 52 employees. The data of this study used primary data. The method of data collection of this study was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result of the analysis showed that: 1) There was an effect of education and training as well as work motivation on employees performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It could be seen that the value of Fcount was 245.595 > Ftable was 3.18) There was an effect of education and training on employees performance at PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It caould be seen that the tcount value was 245,595 > the ttable value was 3.18) There was an effect of work motivation on employee performance of PT. Tanjung Enim Pulp and Paper. It could be seen that the tcount value was 3.750 > the ttable value was 1.66.
