Abstract

Septi Awalyani/212017216/ The Influence of Intellektual Capital and Financial Inclusion on the Financial Planning of the People of Palembang City The formulation of the problemin this study is whether there is an influence of intellectual capital and financial inclusion on the financial planning of the people of Palembang city. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and financial inclusion on the financial planning of the people of Palembang city. In this study, the population used the number of deeds and family cards of the Plaju sub district, Palembang city, and a sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and the data collection technique is a questionts. The analysis technique used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reability tests, while the data analysis techniques are linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (f test and t test). The result showed that based on the f test (together) the variables of intellectual capital and financial inclusion had a positive and significant effect on the financial planning of the people of Palembang. While the result of the t-test (individually) of intellectual capital and financial inclusion variables have a positive and significant effect on the financial planning of the people of Palembang city.
