Abstract

Abstract Meffrio /212017004/2021/ The Effects of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit The objectives of this study were to find out whether (1) there were any significant effects of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit, (2) there was any significant effect of work discipline on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit, (3) there was any significant effect of work motivation on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit, (4) there was any significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit. This type of research was associative research. The selected sample were 53 employees of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit using purposive sampling. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The data collection method used were through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that (1)there were significant effects of work discipline, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit, (2) there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit, (3) there was a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit, and (4) there was a significant effect of organizational commitment on employee performance of PTPN VII Tebenan Betung Business Unit.
