Abstract Reinaldi Halim Mahasin /212017168/2021/ The Effects of Work Motivation and Job Training on Performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih The formulation of the problem in this study 1) was there any effects of work motivation and job training on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city, 2) was there any effect of work motivation on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city, 3) was there any effect of job training on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city. This research was conducted with the hypothesis 1) There was any Effect of Work Motivation and Job Training on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city, 2) There was any Effect of Work Motivation on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city, 3) There was any Effect of Job Training on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city. This type of research was associative. The sample was 53 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city with the technique used purposive sampling. The data in this study were primary and secondary data. The data collection method was through a Questionnaire and Documentation. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicated 1) There was any Effect of Work Motivation and Job Training on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city, 2) There was an Effect of Work Motivation on performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Prabumulih city, 3) There was an Effect of Job Training on performance of PT.
