Abstract

Building utility is the completeness of a building so that the building can function optimally. One part of building utilities is plumbing. Plumbing is an art, piping technology and equipment to provide clean water to the desired place, both in terms of quality, quantity and continuity that meet the requirements and dispose of used (dirty) water from certain places without polluting other important parts to achieve hygienic conditions and the desired comfort. The study of the implementation of plumbing work was carried out on the construction project of the PT. Pawnshop City of Plembang Region. The results of the discussion are in accordance with the results of field studies, the stages of implementation of plumbing work are 1) using the effective floor area method to calculate the number of residents and visitors in a pawnshop office building, (2) calculating the amount of clean water needs for residents and visitors in a pawnshop office building (3) calculate the anticipated leakage (4) calculate the number of plumbing tools needed in the PT.
