Abstract

Ruli Rohmatika Anggraini / 212016128/2020 / The Effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance of the Rsup Nutrition Installation Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang / HR Management The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the nutritional installation Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang due to employees who are not satisfied with the policies issued by the nutrition installation, one of which is the difficulty of getting promotion opportunities, resulting in deviant behavior of employees in workplace. Based on the research objectives, the method used in this research is data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis is used to measure the effect of the independent variables, namely work discipline and job satisfaction on the dependent variable, namely employee performance with the help of SPSS level 22 software and the number of respondents 56 employees of the nutrition installation Dr. Muhammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. The results showed that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the variable coefficient where work discipline has a positive effect of 0.366 and the sig value. 0,000 <0.10. Likewise, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance, this is indicated by the variable coefficient where job satisfaction has a positive effect of 0.385 and the sig value. 0,000 <0.10. This study also shows that the relationship between work discipline and job satisfaction has a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination is 0.670 or 67%, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other factors. It is also shown that the f test results with the variable coefficient of work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive effect of 56.811 and the sig value. 0,000 <0.10.
