Abstract

Muhammad Mifta Hadi/212016240/2020/ Influence Discipline, Compensation and The Satisfaction of Working in Field of Employment RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang/Management The formulation of the problem in this study was whether or not there was any influence of discipline, compensation and the working satisfaction in Civil Service of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. This study was associative research. This study was conducted at jalan Jendral Sudirman KM 3,5 Palembang 30126 South Sumatera. The population in this study was 326, where the sample was 70 people collected through proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data used was primary and employees data. The analysis the data used were the qualitative and quantitative analysis using linear regression multiple, the f (simultaneous), the t (partial) and coefficients determined. The results of the multiple linear regression equation showed that there was a positive influence between discipline, compensation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance of Civil Service at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. The result of Hypothesis F test showed that there was a significant influence of discipline variables, compensation and job satisfaction on employees’ performance in Civil Service of RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. The coefficient of determination was 0.635, which means that the variables of discipline, compensation and job satisfaction could contribute to the fluctuation of employees’ performance in the field staffing Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang was 63,5% while the remaining 36,5% was explained by other variables not included this study. The results showed that there was an influence of Discipline, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Employees’ Performance pf Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.
