Abstract

ABSTRACT Muhammad Robby Fahlevi / 212014416/2020 / The Effect of Compensation and Discipline on the Performance of "GoRide Driver" at PT. Gojek Indonesia Branch of Palembang The problem of this study was to find out whether or not any effect of compensation and discipline on the performance of "GoRide Driver" at PT. Gojek Indonesia, whether or not anyeffect of compensation on the performance of the “GoRide Driver” at PT. Gojek Indonesia Branch of Palembang, whether or not anyeffect of discipline on the Performance of the GoRide Driver at PT. Gojek Indonesia Branch of Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and discipline on the performance of the GoRide Driver at PT. GojekIndoensia Branch of Palembang, to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of the GoRide Driver at PT. GojekIndoensia Branch of Palembang, to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of the GoRide Driver at PT. Gojek Indonesia Branch of Palembang. This research was conducted on Jl. BasukiRahmatKel. PahlawanKec. Kemuning Palembang. The variables in this study were performance, compensation, and discipline. Cluster sampling method was used to determine the number of samples whenthe object of the study was too large. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, multiple linear regression analysis technique was applied. The results showed that from the calculation of Fvalue (47,160)>Ftable (2,234) and significant Fcount(0,000) <(a 0,1), X1 value tvalue (4,412)>ttable(1.51) and significant tvalue (0,000) <( a 0.1). dan X2 The value of tvalue (7.336) t table (1.651) and significant tvalue (0.000) was smaller a (0.1). It means that there was a significant effect of compensation and discipline on the performance of GoRideDriver at PT. Gojek Indonesia Branch of Palembang.
