Abstract

Abstract Gading Ananta Waniszhal / 212016112/2020 / The Influence of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PERUM DAMRI Palembang City Branch. The formulation of the problem in this study was there any influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance of PERUM DAMRI Palembang City Branch. This research was conducted with the objective of find out the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance of PERUM DAMRI Palembang City Branch. This type of research was an associative study. The sample used was 83 employees at PERUM DAMRI Palembang City Branch with the sampling technique using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The data collection method used thrugh questionnaires and documentation. The data analyses used were qualitative and quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that from the calculation Fobtained (60.519) > Ftable (3.11,) and tobtained (5.183) X1 (6.107) X2 > ttabel (1.66342). It meant that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there was an influnce of discipline (X1) and the work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y), both simultaneously and partially.
