Abstract
Human urine waste in the general public is still considered as waste that is not worth the body's metabolic waste, but in fact human urine contains three macro nutrients, namely nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, in a year the average human secretes 500 liters of urine this is equal to 4 kg of nitrogen , 0.5 kg of phosphorus and 1 kg of potassium. In addition there are also other nutrients such as magnesium, calcium and carbon. In research that has been done that the reactant ratio is a variable that affects the percentage of removal of PO4, NH4, and Mg in the process of crystal struvite formation. PO4: Mg reactant ratio ratio between 1: 1, 1: 2, 1: 3. The optimal percentage of PO4 removal occurs at a reactant ratio of 1: 3 as much as 91.14%. The crystallization kinetics of struvite from human urine produces an error value (R2) with variations in the reactant ratio of 1: 1, 1: 2, 1: 3, namely 0.09588, 0.9765, 0.9841. This indicates that the reactant ratio of 1: 3 experiences the rate of the formation of Crystal struvite faster, the range is not too far apart so that the errors that occur in this study are relatively small.
