Abstract
DESA MANDALA PUTRA. The influence of compost fertilizer of livestock manure type and ZPT towards the growth and production of onions (Allium ascalonicum L.) on a drying land. On a guidance by ERNI HAWAYANTI and BERLIANA PALMASARI. This research is conducted to identify and obtain the most appropriate type of compost fertilizer and ZPT on a growth and production of onions (Allium ascalonicum L.) on a drying land. This research located on a farmer’s land at Sukarela street, Lr. Mataram KM 7 Palembang. The research be held on April to July 2019. The research method which used on this research is experimental kind of research by split plot design that used 12 combination of treatment which repeated 3 times. Every treatment consists of 5 experiment plants. The example of the treatment in this research are Main Square: Fertilizer Type (T) T1= chicken manure fertilizer T2= goat manure fertilizer T3= cow manure fertilizer. Secondary Square: ZPT type (Z) Z0 = Without ZPT Z1= Atonic ZPT Z2 = Onion Extract Z3 = Coconut Water. The changes that observed on this research are Plant Height (Cm), Total Leaves (Sheet), Total each tuber (Tuber), Weight of tuber on each clumps (g), Weight of tuber on each square (Kg). The result of this research prove that the best use of the fertilizer is the organic goat manure fertilizer which gives the highest number of production 1.96 Kg/Square or 7.840 Ton/Ha compare to the other fertilizer. The giving of Atonic ZPT type generate the highest production which are 1.87 Kg/Square or 7.48 Ton/Ha, while the interaction among the goat manure fertilizer with Atonic ZPT gives the highest number of production which is 2.1 Kg/Square or 8.40 Ton/Ha. keywood: zpt, compost fertilizer
