Abstract

In every electricity demand, resulting in the occasional PLN (State Electricity Generators) have to rotate power outages because the load capacity has exceeded the capacity that has been determined. Power outages that are carried out suddenly will cause electronic equipment to become damaged quickly and the work (data) that we do will be lost. To anticipate this, we can apply an additional UPS (unintrruptible power supply) that functions as a provider of backup electrical energy when the main supply is interrupted with the application of the arduino module so that the switching control and protection functions are able to perform automatic actions in the form of warnings when the battery condition is low battery, with the display indicator on the LCD on the UPS system (unintrerruptible power supply), the LCD display is added to display the battery voltage reading information. The use of the current and the use of the load that is being given to the UPS (unintrerruptible power supply), thus, the user can know the capacity, work capability, and an estimate of how long the UPS can be used. In testing the battery in every 1% difference in the measurement of the battery is worth 0.02 Volts and the output voltage of the inverter is worth 220Volt, able to light the load in the form of lights, fans.
