This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Kopkar Ruwa Jurai Village Cooperative Unit employees in Bukit Sentral Village, Betung District, Banyuasin District, to determine the effect of individual characteristics partially on the performance of Kopkar Ruwa Jurai Village Cooperative Unit Employees in Bukit Village Central Betung Subdistrict, Banyuasin District, and To find out the influence of work motivation partially on the performance of Kopkar Ruwa Jurai Village Cooperative Unit Employees in Bukit Sentral Village, Betung Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency.
