Abstract
Abstract Aidil Wahyudin / 21 2015 185/ 2019 / The Influence of Satisfaction and Personality On The Loyalty Of Levi’s Jeans in Palembang/ Marketing Management The formulation of the problem in this study was the effect of satisfaction and personality on consumer loyalty in levi’s jeans in palembang square. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfacion and personality on consumer loyalty of levi’s jeans in palembang square. This study was associative research. The sample in this study was 96 people that were collected with a purposive sampling techique. The data used in this study was primary data. The methods of collecting data in this study wereby using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study were qualitative and quantitative, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of multiple linear regression in this study showed that Y= 6.888 + (-0.031) X1 + 0.442 X2, F test showed that Fobtained (9.716) > Ftable (3.07) means that there is a significant effect of statisfacion and personality towards consumer loyalty of levi’s jeans in palembang. Ttest on satisfaction (X1) foundthat tobtained(-0.031) > ttable (1.658) maens that there was a significant effect of partial saticfacion on consumer loyalty in levi’s jeans in palembang square. the t test of the trust variabel (X2) found thattobtainedwas (4.405) > ttable (1.658) which means that the personality partially has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Abstrak Aidil Wahyudin /21 2015 185 / 2019 / Pengaruh Kepuasan Dan Kepribadian Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Celana Jaens Levi’s Di Palembang Square/Manajemen Pemasaran Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh kepuasan dan kepribadian terhadap loyalitas konsumen celana jeans levi’s di palembang square. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan dan kepribadian terhadap loyalitas konsumen celana jeans levi’s di palembang square. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang, dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y= 6,888 + (-0,031) X1 + 0,442 X2, Untuk uji F yaitu Fhitung (9.716) > Ftabel (3,07) artinya ada pengaruh signifikan kepuasan dan kepribadian terhadap loyalitas konsumen celana jeans levi’s di palembang square. Uji t kepuasan (X1) diperoleh thitung (-0,369) > ttabel (1,658) artinya ada pengaruh signifikan kepuasan secara partial terhadap loyalitas konsumen celana jeans levi’s di palembang square. Uji t variabel kepribadian (X2) diperoleh thitung (4,405) > ttabel (1,658) artinya kepribadian secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.
