Abstract

The results of the research obtained from the total daily traffic on Jl. Kapten Marzuki for one week is 1127.16 pcu / hour, the average speed data on Jl Kapten Marzuki which is in front of the state elementary school 39 Palembang for six days is (25,25 km/ h 2633 km/h 26.48 km/h 27.58 km/h 27.00 km/h 26.02 km/h) which still exceeds the maximum speed limit specified. Where the training grade value is compared to the vehicle speed effectiveness for a moment on Jl. Kapten Marzuki who is located in front of Palembang Public Elementary School 39 for six days is (28.33% 23.33% 20% 13 33% 11.67% 15%) where the effectiveness (20% - 39.99%) is said to be less effective. Service level Jl. Kapten Marzuki precisely in front of Palembang Public Elementary School 39 is A with a road capacity of 3252.1632 pcu/hour with a comparison value (VC) 0.05776 .
