Abstract

ABSTRAK RISTAN APANDI/ 212015090/ 2019/ Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Golden Blossom Sumatera di Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah, adakah pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 275 orang karyawan, dengan sampel yang diambil sebesar 68 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kusioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Tehnik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan persamaan regresi : Y = 0,652 + 0,380 X1 + 0,515 X2. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung (13,863) > Ftabel (2,39), artinya ada pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung (3,166) > ttabel (1,668) untuk disiplin kerja, dan thitung (3,925) > ttabel (1,668) untuk motivasi, artinya ada pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisen determinasi menunjukkan variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi mampu berkonstribusi menjelaskan perubahan yang terjadi pada kinerja karyawan, dengan besarnya sumbangan yang disebabkannya sebesar 80,4%. Golden Blossom Sumatra in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is, is there any influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study was 275 employees, with samples taken at 68 respondents. The data used is primary data. Methods of collecting data through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Qualitative and Quantitative analysis. The technique of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, show the regression equation: Y = 0.652 + 0.380 X1 + 0.515 X2. The results of the F test show the value of Fcount (13,863)> Ftable (2.39), meaning that there is a significant effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The results of the t test show the value of tcount (3.166)> t table (1,668) for work discipline, and tcount (3,925)> ttab le (1,668) for motivation, meaning that there is an influence of work discipline and motivation partially on employee performance. The test results of determination coefficient show that the work discipline and motivation variables are able to contribute to explain the changes that occur in employee performance, with the amount of donations caused by 80.4%.
