Abstract

ABSTRAK Yedi Safrianto / 212015264 / 2019 / Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo / Sumber Daya Manusia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kinerja, motivasi dan disiplin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 karyawan, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Y = O,465 + 0,134X1 + 0,758X2, motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo. Hasil uji F yang menunjukan Fhitung 11.998 > Ftabel 2,78, artinya ada pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo. Kata kunci : Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan ABSTRAK Yedi Safrianto / 212015264/2019 / The Effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo Regency Hall / Human Resources. The formulation of the problem in this study is is there significant influence and work discipline on the performance of PT. PetroenimBetunSeloPendopo. The aim is to find out the significant influence and work discipline on the performance of PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo. This research includes associative research. The variables used are performance, motivation and discipline. The sample in this study studied 68 employees, with the sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data, with the method of collecting questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Y = O, 465 + 0.134X1 + 0.758X2, motivation and discipline on the performance of PT. PetroenimBetunSeloPendopo. The F test results which show Fcount 11.998>Ftable 2,78, meaning that there is motivation and work discipline towards the performance of PT. Petroenim Betun Selo Pendopo.
