Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Distribution of Remaining Business Results (SHU) to the members of the Main Bina Sawit Village Cooperative in the village of Kali Besar, the district of OKTI, to find out how the efforts of Cooperative members to increase the value of Remaining Businesses (SHU) at Bina Village Cooperative Main Palm Oil in the Kali Kali Deras Mesuji District, OKI Regency, this research is part of a learning process that must be taken as one of the requirements to obtain a bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. For the Cooperative Unit of the Main Bina Sawit Village in the Kali Deras Village, Mesuji District, OKI Regency, this research is expected to be used as one of the considerations in improving services so that cooperatives can be more advanced. This research was carried out in the Kali Kali Deras Village, Mesuji District, OKI, South Sumatra, namely at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD), Main Bina Sawit (BSU). This location determination is done intentionally (pusrposive) with the consideration that this cooperative has quite a lot of members, and has a fairly advanced Business Unit. This data collection will be conducted from December 2018 to February 2019. From the results of these studies produce the Remaining Business Results allocated to the members of the KUD Bina Sawit Utama using the system for the average for all members but in the distribution based on the number of kaving owned. The more plots owned by members of the KUD Bina Sawit Utama, the greater the value of SHU that will be received by members of the cooperative. The Main Palm Oil Cooperative is very caring for the principle of family in determining policies, namely by way of consensus deliberations including in the distribution of Remaining Business Results received by members of the cooperative. The Main Bina Sawit Cooperative prioritizes service to the sustainability of oil palm plantations belonging to members. The biggest business unit is the TBS transportation service business unit.
