Abstract
ABSTRAK Parlan Akbar/ 212014429 / 2019 / Pengaruh Motivasi dan DisiplinTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia/ Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia RumusanmasalahdalampenelitianiniadalahadakahpengaruhMotivasi,Disiplin dan KepuasanKerjaTerhadapKinerjaKaryawan PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. Tujuanyauntukmengetahuipengaruh Motivasi,Disiplin dan KepuasanKerjaTerhadapKinerjaKaryawan PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. Penelitianinitermasukpenelitianasosiatif, dimanapenelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahui pengaruhMotivasi,Disiplin dan KepuasanKerjaTerhadapKinerjaKaryawan PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. Sempeldalampenelitianiniadalahsebanyak 84 orang, dengantehnikanalisis proportionate stratified random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakanyaitu data primer denganmetodepengumpulan data kuisioner,denganalatanalisismenggunakanrumusregresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitianmenujukanbahwamotivasi ,disiplin dan kepuasan kerjasignifikan dan positifterhadapvariabelkinerjakaryawan PT. Chhubb General Insurance Indonesia. Kata kunci :motivasi, disiplin dan kepuasan, terhadapkinerjakaryawan. ABSTRACT PARLAN AKBAR / 212014429 / TheInfluence of Motivation, Dicipline and Employee’s Performance at PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia / Human Resource Management This research is formulated wheter or not there was a significant influence of Motivation, Dicipline and Job Satisfaction toward Employee’s PerformancePerformance at PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia . This research is aimed at determining the influence of Motivation, Dicipline and Job Satisfaction toward Employee’s Performance Performance at PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. This research was such an associative research in line with determining the the influence of Motivation, Dicipline and Job Satisfaction toward Employee’s Performance Performance at PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. There were 84 respondents as samples got through proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The type of data used in this research was primary data. To collect the data the researcher used questionnaires. To analyze the data, the researcher used multiple linear regression. The results showed that motivation, dicipline and job satisfaction significantly had positive significant influence of Motivation, Dicipline and Job Satisfaction to ward Employee’s Performance at PT. Chubb General Insurance Indonesia Keywords : motivation, dicipline and satisfaction, mployee’s performance.
