Abstract
Many factor ca effect the performance of employes, among others: work motivation, work discipline, and work environment. The purpose of the study : this study aimed to determine the effect of work motivation , work discipline and work environment on employey performance CV.Raban Light as either jointly or partially. This study is correlational research design, which will reveal the impact / reationalship of two or more variables. Sourcesof primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained with the spreading of questionaries ,secondary data obtained from document on the CV Raban Light. Research instrumen has been tested its validity adn reliability, while the research subjects of all branches of the company employees are selected as sample of 189 respondents. The result showed that: there is a significant influence work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance CV.
