Abstract

SitiKhodijah/222013292/The Influence Performance on Economic Growth and the Allocation of Capital Expenditures as an Intervening Variables at Kabupaten/ Kota South Sumatera Province The problem of this study was how the influence of financial performance on economic growth and the allocation of capital expenditure as an intervening variable at province in kabupaten/ kota south sumatera province. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance on economic growth and allocation of capital expenditure as an intervening variable at province in kabupaten/ kota south sumatera province. the search used by researchers in this study was associative research, it was used to measure the value financial performance on economic growth and allocation of capital expenditure as an intervening variable at province in kabupaten/ kota south sumatera province. the population in this study were all of kabupaten / kota south sumatera province consisted of 13 regencies and 4 cities. the sample in this study consists of 17 kabupaten / kota south sumatera province for 3 years in 2014-2016, so the sample of this study was 51 samples at kabupaten/ kota south sumatera province. the secondary data was taken by using literature review method and accesing website. the technique for collecting data used were interview technique, questionnaires, observation and documentation. the analysis of data used path analysis. the results of this study prove that there was a significant positive effect of financial performance on economic growh and the allocation of capital expenditureas as an intervening variable at province in kabupaten/ kota south sumatera province was acceptable. keywords : financial perfomance, Economic Growth, the Allocation of Capital Expenditures.
