Key words: clean water, dirty water, the capacity of Water is a basic requirement of every living creature on Earth. Humans depend on water not only meet domestic needs but also for household needs such as production needs, the needs of the industry and the needs of others. Needs of clean water is the amount of water that will be used reasonably for the basic needs of man (domestic) activities and other activities that require water. The hospitality industry is managed commercially. With the construction of the hotel and its facilities to meet the needs of the guests, to note the availability in the use of water. Based on initial data retrieval on the Hotel is luxurious hotel Palembang Harper with a variety of facilities and infrastructure available so use clean water that quite a lot of water and disposal of the issued to meet water needs with each passing day. This research aims to know the usage of clean water and dirty water in Hotel spending Harper Palembang. The objects of research are discussed, namely the need clean water and a load of dirty water Harper Hotel Palembang. The technique of data collection was done through observation and field studies. Technique of data analysis using calculation analysis of clean water and dirty water. he research results obtained from the conclusion that the total needs of clean water at Hotel Palembang Harper of 340.02 m3 /day with the amount of water used per day average of 34.00 m3 /h and water needs at the peak of 68 m3 /h as well as water needs on the peak of 2.267 m3 /min. Capacity volume of water tank bottom/Ground Water Tanks on Hotel Palembang Harper of 480 m3 and volume capacity water tank top/Roof Tanks at Hotel Palembang Harper of 60 m3 . A load of dirty water on Hotel Palembang Harper through the Septic Tank of 85 m 3 and through channels of 198 m3 .
